Hedgehog Wood

Our new hedgehog, Henrietta, has spent the last few days busily filling her new box with leaves and straw….so much that we’re amazed that she can still get in there! I think it’s her way of saying that she didn’t think much of our idea of hog home decor. We haven’t seen her since Sunday as we don’t want to disturb her but she’s proving to be a very fussy eater. Cat food is out it seems, no matter what flavour and she has been somewhat reluctant to eat kitten biscuit. I’m relieved to say that her appetite has picked up in the last couple of days. We’re now trying her on hedgehog food as well in the hopes that she likes it.
