This is so funny. 2 hogs already in the box and another turns up. A very tight squeeze.
This hedgehog is happily popping round every night, here is a short montage of his/her activities.

A lot of activitity last night. The two hogs went on to mate behind the screen. Discrete but noisy! Later there was a rival which was not welcome. A lot of activity at the feeding box through the night.
I have not seen this hedgehog in my garden before. The hog is identifiable by the lighter ‘strip’ across it’s back. (Unless its paint of course haha!!!!) The other hogs continue to visit from 7.00p.m. onward.
These two hedgehogs stayed around the feeding box for 45 minutes during this first session. They came back at various times during the night. Getting along very well.
The first sighting of 2 hedgehogs together in my garden this year. In the second video I am not sure what the intentions were but this behaviour went on for about 20 minutes when they went off camera still together. Read more…
So please to see the hedgehogs returning after their hibernation. I think I had three different hogs around midnight. Returning hogs at 0300 found empty feeding bowls!
All the hogs spend a deal of time having a good scratch. This one is Rosie.
