Attitude

The female Sutton Hog has attitude! Ladies, I am not characterising, just stating facts.  I think she took offence at my prison post (do hogs do social media?), as she spent 2 hours probing the enclosure perimeter, making various attempts at climbing and digging.  This was actually instructive as I realised there a couple of weak points and so I deployed some additional house bricks under the logs.  I would like to think I had foiled this clever critter, but I suspected she was saving knowledge of any real  escape options for when I was tucked up in bed.

She also sniffed the hog house and decided residence under an upturned hanging basket covered in sticks and leaf litter was preferable and promptly went to sleep; attitude, just saying 🙂

I approached this morning wondering who was fooling who.  She had eaten, she had been in the hog house, but she had also taken a pile of twigs and leaves from another part of the enclosure and added them to the outside of upturned basket.  I have added another pile of leaves and twigs and await results with interest.
